Cookies

If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Some information is shared between our newsletter software and the website, for the purpose of identifying members who have paid for dinners and those that haven’t. This information is accessible only to select committee members and is not shared with third parties.

Your contact information is not held on this website – except for members of the club, whose email addresses are visible to administrators of the site.

We have a comprehensive security system and are confident that the website is safe. However, if the worst were to happen, the site will immediately shut down, and no personal data is held.
